The South African Human Rights Commission has compiled a guide on how to use PAIA. This guide is available from the SAHRC at: www.sahrc.org.za

3. Records held by Cleymand

Cleymand holds the following categories of records:

• —Client correspondence and engagement records
• —Financial records
• —Email subscriber lists (with consent)
• —Website analytics data (anonymised)

4. How to request access to records

To request access to records held by Cleymand, submit a written request to the Information Officer at hello@cleymand.com. Your request must include: your full name and contact details, a description of the records you wish to access, and your identity document number.

5. Fees

A request fee of R35 is payable upon submission of your access request. Additional fees may apply for reproduction of records. Details will be provided upon receipt of your request.
