This Privacy Policy explains how Cleymand ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
1. Information we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including your email address, when you subscribe to Cleymand's Letters or complete the Constraint Finder diagnostic. We also collect information about your firm size when you complete the Constraint Finder.
2. How we use your information
We use your personal information to send you Cleymand's Letters (with your explicit consent), deliver your Constraint Finder result, and improve our services. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties.
3. Consent
We process your personal information only with your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or contacting us directly at privacy@cleymand.com.
4. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as you are subscribed to our communications. Upon unsubscribing, we will remove your information from our active marketing lists within 30 days.
5. Your rights under POPIA
